Mr. David Daniell is a member of the Georgia and Florida Bar, and is a honor graduate of Florida State University School of Law. His practice focuses on Wrongful Death and Criminal Defense. Mrs. Jocelyn Daniell is a member of the Georgia Bar and a graduate of Mercer University School of Law. Her practice focuses on Family Law.

Originally from Byron, Georgia, Mr. Daniell is a cum laude graduate of Florida State University’s College of Law. During law school, Mr. Daniell received the Book Award for excellence in Civil Rights and was a Blank-Miller Scholar. He was selected by the faculty as a Civil Procedure Tutor and worked as a legal extern for the Florida Attorney General’s Office in the General Civil Litigation Tort Division. After graduation, Mr. Daniell practiced law across south Florida in courtrooms from Tampa to Miami. He began his career as an attorney with Associates and Bruce L. Scheiner, a Fort Myers, Florida, personal injury firm. Later, Mr. Daniell joined the Law Offices of Frederick C. Kramer, a general practice firm on Marco Island, Florida. His practice in Florida involved products liability cases, wrongful death, criminal law, civil rights, premises liability, general motor vehicle negligence, and family law while working in both State and Federal Courts. Mr. Daniell handled cases which resulted in millions of dollars’ worth of settlements and awards for his clients.
In 2006, Mr. Daniell returned home to middle Georgia where he continued to represent his Florida clientele, but focused his practice on criminal defense and serious personal injury. Mr. Daniell brings his hard fought south Florida experience at handling wrongful death, motorcycle accidents, and commercial vehicle accidents to benefit his middle Georgia clients. He is a member of both the Georgia and Florida Bar Associations and the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is admitted to practice in the United States Federal Court, Middle District of Georgia, the United States Federal Court, Middle District of Florida, the Florida Supreme Court, and the Court of Appeals of Georgia.
Mr. Daniell received his Masters Degree With Distinction in History from Georgia College and State University. He received his Bachelors Degree in History from Columbus State University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Jocelyn Powell Daniell

Jocelyn Daniell earned her law degree from Mercer University’s School of Law. While at Mercer, Mrs. Daniell competed in a national moot court tournament in the Wagner Labor and Employment Law competition in New York. She earned the Dean’s List and CALI awards for excellence in Employment Law, Advanced Legal Writing, and Appellate Practice and Procedure. She received the Faculty Award for Outstanding Achievement in Legal Writing, the Dean’s Distinguished Service Award, and the Walter F. George Public Service Scholarship.
Jocelyn Daniell practices in the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court as well as Superior, State, Municipal, Probate, Magistrate, and Juvenile courts across Georgia. In 2013, she served as President of the Houston County Bar Association. She argued successfully before the Georgia Supreme Court in April 2020. In September 2021, she was sworn in as an Associate Judge for the City of Warner Robins. In March 2022, the Georgia Council of Adoption Lawyers admitted her as a Fellow.
Prior to her legal career, Mrs. Daniell worked as a Public Service Representative for the University of Georgia’s Cooperative Extension Service. She remains a lifetime member of both the Georgia Master 4-H Club and the Georgia 4-H Counselors Alumni Association.
